When I try to upload pictures to a specific website, I get
an error that will reject some dependent files and let
others go through. The error it gives me when it rejects
a file is 500 OR. I am extremely frustrated because I
can't get this site up. Anyone,,,tell me what that means
and how to fix it???!!!!!!!

Have you contacted your host to see if they have a file size or type limit/restrictions?

The error message looks to me like a partial FTP response (500 PORT Command
Not Understood). Are you using FTP to publish? If so, FTP is fairly
unreliable, and you may have lost some packets during transmission.
