500 GB drive - 2k server only see 136 GB?

's Computer Specifications

Not sure why this is happening. I've installed WIN 2000 server and
SP4 on 2 servers but only can see 136 of the drive in WIN. The BIOS
sees it as a 500 GB drive. What am I missing?
