I purchased a Microsoft Intellimouse optical a few years
back, and recently the left button on it is
malfunctioning. I remembered when I purchased this item
on the box it said "Five-year warranty" (I still have the
box and receipt). Now I've tried to access the Online
User's Guide (which is where the details on the warranty
are located), but I cannot seem to locate it. It says in
the manual that it should be under Program Files/Microsoft
Hardware/Mouse but no such location exists on my machine.
Is there any other way to locate the Online User's Guide?
Does anyone happen to know the url? Or does anyone happen
to already know the specifications of the 5-year
warranty? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
