What I want its hard for me to explain, but I give my best shut.
I need form where in text box 1 wont put name "Worker 1" and in a text box 2
Date or Month.And then I can get all information about that worker,
for example how much he has 3schifts, how many days off etc

I am leading 24 employee and at the end of month I have to calculate how
meni minutes they working during month.
How meni 3 schifts ...
I wont to speed up my calculation.
