you're not going to find any information on that topic in a newsgroup that
answers technical questions about using MS Access relational database
software. (though i'd guess that "directing communication to the wrong
recipient(s)" would be somewhere in the top 10, at least.)

suggest you google the topic for relevant articles, etc.
