I have this 4GB Mpeg-1 file that I cannot import into Movie Maker 2.0
successfully.
When I import it, it only grabs about 5 clips. The first clip is about
1:07 long, the remaining 4 clips are about 2 seconds a piece.
The entire range of these 4 clips encompass the first 1 minute and
approximately 15 seconds of the entire MPG file.
This had worked before when the bit rate of the MPG was 300, using
DVD2AVI to convert from a .d2V file. When I upped the bit rate to 7000
this is when I started having the problem.
This is a DVD movie I ripped, which I wish to view on my Pocket PC. I
originally ripped in the aforementioned 300 bitrate setting and then
started using Movie Maker to convert to Windows Media format. But with
such a low bitrate setting originally, I'd be making bad copy of a
copy, right? So I figured, let's up the source bitrate to 7000, then
when I convert to Windows Media, it will have a better conversion
quality.
Any ideas on this one?
