I installed a 200 GB maxtor harddrive and used the
included ATA controller card. After configuring the
harddrve using the included software, installing windows
XP SP1 I ran drive check using scandisk. This marked all
sectors larger than 137 GB as bad. How can scandisk be
disabled so that this does not happen again and what can
I use if there is an error on the drive to correct the
problems?
