Thanks for your suggestion, but i don't think that's correct. I used a
different PC a sent email just fine through the same ISP from all the same
email accounts.
The error message is coming from within Outlook.
having received this same message with a new PST file, and after ensuring my
space at the ISP was clean, and testing via another PC, I concluded it has to
be local to my laptop's environment.
I proceeded to compress all of Outlook's PST files that I have via the
Outlook menu "File/Data File Management". I selceted each file one at a time,
then chose "settings" which then opens a dialogue box where the "Compress"
function is.
This seemed to cure the problem, at least for now. I tested by resending all
the previous test messages, and they all went lickety split and arrived with
no issues!!
