can i correct this?

that means you are sending to too many addresses, it is being rejected by
your email server, try sending two messages, each to half the original
addresses.

OK, Thank you. It is a server problem then? I know if i put fewer names on it
will work. But is there a way to increase the number of names allowed on the
server?

It is not a server "problem". It is a deliberate setting by the mailer
server admin to prevent spamming. You'll have to contact them.
