My IE6 will not load pages irrespective of website
target. Always comes up with Forbidden 403. "Access
denied by access control list". Access control is not
enabled so can anyone help with a possible cause for this
fault. Thanks

CAUSE
This issue can occur if the connection for your ISP is damaged.
RESOLUTION
