4 partitions- XP says 3 are local and one is a network drive

I've upgraded from WinME to XP Pro. There are 4 partitions.
After upgrading I see C D and F are local drives.

E is called a network drive.
I can access files from it but how do I get XP to
recognize it as a local drive?
