4/3 Gig RAM limitation problem

So I've been reading up on RAM limitation issues with a 32 bit OS
install.

Found out after I installed 4 1GB DDR400 sticks in my mobo and XP (32
bit) with SP2 and all updates only shows 3.25. I have an Athlon64 CPU
and an NF4 SLI motherboard.

Need the RAM for I wish to run Virtual Server instances (atleast two,
one for Server 2003 and one for Linux, or attempt anyways).

So, is there a way I can get this 32bit Windows to recognise the entire
amount, so that my Virtual Machines can lay claim to that needed RAM?

Thanks.

No. A 32-bit OS will only see 4gb with of address space. Not all of
that space is memory, though. For a SLI system you're actually doing
pretty well to get 3.25gb.
