You may want to pick up Sue Mosher's book, "Configuring Microsoft Outlook
2003" (ISBN: 1555583261). Specifically, take a look at chapter 9,
Configuring Other Outlook Options. The section Mail-profile-specific
Settings discusses Outlook Address Book Order. The book talks about changing
this setting programmatically, though you would likely need to adjust for
