I am trying to install a remote screen for my pc. I am using an old pc for
some baisc browsing and possible to add some tv contro. I load up an old
computer (had xp installed) and did all the updates I could find including
sp2. Software is telling me that service pack 1 or higher needs to be
installed?????

Software works fine on my other two machines.

Since SP2 includes SP1 and its hotfixes, there is no
way you need SP1. A better idea might be to try a
different sw app like VNC or Ultra VNC. Google for
them; excellent apps.
