3D preformance problem

Hi, All!

We have a full-blown XPE with a quite strange problem: it looks like
that DirectX 3D doesn't work. Let me explain:
I'm trying to run the Serene Screen Aquarium - it's a Direct 3D
application that shows on the screen a virtual aquarium. Don't think
that I need a screen saver to run on my machine, it's just a sample 3D
app, I suppose that other 3D application will have the same problem.
On the Win2000/XP on the same hardware (i815) it uses hardware 3D - all
works smoothly, fast and picture quality is good. On the XPe with the
default MS drivers for the i815 we have 2FPS and a quite ugly screen.

What could it be? I've added all DirectX related stuff, OpenGL,
DirectMedia. Does anybody run a 3D application on thier XPE machines?
Installing of DirectX9 and DirectMedia9 didn't help. There is no
hardware conflicts, unrecognized devices, etc. In fact I've found this
problem after a ~year of XPe machines deployment, but I want to fix it.
Could it be somehow related with the Terminal Service?

Thanks in advance.
