Finally got 3D mark to run, and scored 5366.
I have got a 9800 Pro 128Mb, 1.5 gig PC3200, AMD XP 2400+ all stock.
Could not get compare results to run. Is this score ok, or really bad?
Ta

Hmmm... is that all the 9800 pro can push out ? I thought people were
getting in the 6000+ range with faster CPUs.

I'm running an XP1800+ at stock speed with my Sapphire 9800 pro and I get
5255.

What processes should I end to get better results?

LOL, that's Latin, not a name.
So either I'm laughing with you or at you, either way, no offense intended.

'Victory through teamwork'. An Arsenal footbal club supporter (as in the football, the version
played everywhere except the USA).

You should really call him 'Arse' instead of 'Victoria'

S (not an Arsenal supporter, obviously)

I get 5500 with a XP2100+ and GeCube 9800Pro. When I first got it I
overclocked it to 400/750 and still scored 5500 so I put it down to a FSB
bottleneck. Runs plenty fast enough at standard settings though.

That's amazing. Is that score at 133 FSB, and what
motherboard/chipset is that? And what RAM latency settings? I'm
running a 2600+ slightly overclocked to 2.22 ghz (16x139 FSB) and
still only score 5300 with my OEM Sapphire 9800 Pro (at default
speed). In fact it appears to me that CPU speed barely affects the
3dMark 03 score at all. My system sucks, it always benches less than
"comparable" systems on graphics benchmarks. I'm guessing it's
because I have some crap MSI-crippleware fake KT3 Ultra2-C
motherboard. Thanks MSI!
