To be able to manage it, modifie its settings... right now I need to
configure one of the ports as monitor port.

From 3com !

Simply place "3com SuperStack 3 switch" (notice spelling correction)in
the search box at WWW.GOOGLE.COM

The first hit is the info for the switch at 3com.

Select "Support" and then look under downloads. Simply pick the
document(s) you want and d/l the PDF. Link Follows.

And the user guide in internet don't say any think about how manage it!
