3Com Etherlink III LAN + 33.6 Modem PC Card - 3C562D

Hi,

I have recently gotten the following card off ebay:
3Com Etherlink III LAN + 33.6 Modem PC Card - 3C562D
and am trying to install it on an XP machine, unfortunately so far with no
luck!

Has anyone any experience with this card?

Windows XP states that there is a problem with the INF file when I go to
install it ( from the supplied disks)

Strangely the card is listed in XP's hardware list when I go to "Add new
hardware", but 1) it dosnt autodetect the card, and 2) if I select the
driver from XP's hardware list it says that it cannot start the card!

Help!
