As a new kid on the block with a computer, I found out
that an email from Microsoft recommending an update, was a
virus in disguise. It looked like an official notice from
Microsoft but is in fact a virus called 32Swen.mm and I am
receiving 100's of notices saying my messages can't be
delivered. Apparently this bug, is sending out names from
other computers. If anyway can suggest a cure for this
let me know. Supposedly there are programs that will
knock out this bug and provide security for future
virus's. I don't know what I am doing, but any
suggestions.

You can set your email client to block emails with @microsoft.com in them.

And unfortunately the bogus emails look very much like they could be the
real thing. They aren't. Not much you can do except wait for this wave of
worm activity to dissipate. In the meantime, just keep deleting these
emails or create a filter in your email program to delete them for you.
