32-bit Vista on 64 bit OS

HI,
is it possible to install and use the 32-bit version of VISTA on a machine
with 64 bit CPU(linke Athlon 64/Sempron)?

Yes. The 64-bit chips will run 32-bit software as well so you can install
either
version of Vista on them.
