is it possible to install and use the 32-bit version of VISTA on a machine
with 64 bit CPU(linke Athlon 64/Sempron)?

Yep, fully supported, I am running Vista BETA 2 on a Sempron 2600 64-bit
enabled CPU.

And I'm running mine on a 3700 san diego AMD 64-bit CPU. Works like a
charm.
