when i try to publish a website using front page i get
the following error message:

Accessing HTTP server requires 32-bit TCP/IP networking,
which is not installed or may be misconfigured.

the only help for this i could get is bellows, but it did
not help me much:

Click here to use the Network option in the control
panel. Choose the Add Software button in the Network
Settings dialog box and follow the instructions on screen
or see the installation Guide.

can you please help me? I'm connected through a cable
modem so the only folder in Networking is Local Area
Connection.
