Defender doesn't appear to include 32-bit startup items under "Startup
Programs" in "Software Explorer" when running the 64-bit version of Windows
Defender.
I am aware of "System Configuration Utility"/msconfig.

This might be a good suggestion for future versions, except that future
versions, as evidenced by Windows 7 anyway, don't include the Software
Explorer.
