Greetings,

I am trying to set my parents computer to 32 bit true color but it is not an
option. It will only let me select 16 or 24 bit. 32 does not even show up.
I know the computer will support it as i have used it before. The computer
has new version of diorectx installed and fresh video drivers. any
suggestions as to where i could find a patch or download to fix this problem??

Generally, you will need to remove and reload the video drivers. I suggest
that you obtain a current copy.
