Hi folks, I am getting this error message in all office applications when I
click on a URL. Have looked through knowledgbase and seen lots of references
to 310049 / 307818 which seem to solve many problems but the "Reset IE
Settings" button (on the Tools/Options/Advanced Tab ) does not work for me.
310049 talks about importing the registry key from another computer but as a
home user I do not have access to one so can not do that.
Anywhere elese I can get the registry keys for import from or can someone
tell me what entries to key in?
I am using IE7, XP-SP2 Home Edition.
