I have a table as follows:

Branch Amt Qty Rate
A 100 20 10%
B 200 15 12%
C 400 12 11%

I want to create a chart showing two "BARs" on two vertical axis showing Amt
& Qty, and a "LINE" upon the same reflecting the rate, with values being
shown on the points on line instead of any of the two vertical axis.
