hi everyone, i would like to know if it is possible to connect 3 computers to the same network without a hub. Using 2 Ethernet adaptors in one computer?

Yes, you can do this by creating a network bridge
between the 2 adapters in the one computer.

Go to the network connections folder, and select both LAN connections.
Right-click, and select 'bridge conections'.

Not sure I'd _want_ to, though.

Hubs or switches are cheap.

And the bridge requires that machine 2 be on
for machine 1 to access machine 3.

There's always the remotish possibility that one of the
adapters won't work correctly in th ebridge configuration.

In addition to what Ron wrote: You can probably buy a palm-sized
mini switch with 5 ports for $15.

Yes, with a router, and you will not need to use ICS - so two NICs in a
"host" PC is also not necessary.
