3.8 and C&C problem

's Computer Specifications

Loaded 3.8 drivers (Sapphire ATI 9100 128MB)
Command & Conquer Zero Hour flickers when playing.
In other words different parts of the screen (sections) will flicker.
Went back to 3.7, game works fine.

Works fine here on 9800Pro.
