I couldn't really, could it? There's only half a dozen copies in use. Most
people who try it think "This is free, and it's still a rip off!!", and go
back to XP.

Nothing ever happens with ubuntu.

Where is UDungTu used the most? In developing 3rd world world nations.

Who uses it most? Pimply faced geeks.

Why do people use it? Because it is free and they don't have the money to
buy a real operating system.

Now, do you think that anyone who is trying to make serious money from
computer crime is going to give an effort to try to compromise UDungTu
(linux)? Do you think they are interested in the last 25 cents that these
people have?

MS has patched fixed this last November. Even say's so in the article

Ubuntu security fixes . First 100 out of 1200. Last one only yesterday

MS doesn't patch anyone's computer. So far, nine million people didn't
bother to patch. With Ubuntu they would have had the orange icon appear
which can't be overlooked.

And a bright orange icon appears that NO ONE can miss for Ubuntu updates
and it doesn't just update Ubuntu, it updates *everything* that's
installed from the repositories.

All OSes have vulnerabilities. Ubuntu is much quicker put out patches
and makes it much easier to install them.
