I know this is very basic, but I am learning so please be patient. I need to
develop a 2nd Web site on FrontPage and am not sure how to do this. I have to
site built, but cannot publish it. Can anyone help? Thank you.

FrontPage > File > New > Empty web.
Give it a name and save.

Or, using windows, create a new folder where you want to save the new web, and give the
folder a name such as Web2
( or what ever you want to name it )

Then open FrontPage. File > Open Web ( Open Site in FP 2003 ) browse to the new folder,
right click on it and select: "Convert to web"
