2nd Hard Drive - 'device not ready

I am running Win2K Advanced Server SP4. I have two Maxtor
60 GB Drives - Primary Master and Slave. All appears 'ok'.
No error messages except in Event Viewer, System Log. I
get the following: "The device, \Device\Harddisk2\DR2,is
not ready for access yet." I can read & write to the
drive, but this message will not go away. Anyone know how
to get rid of this message in Event Vewer, System Log.

Clayton,

Event ID 15s are normally an indication of a hardware issue. Please refer to
the following article:

259237 Troubleshooting Event ID 9, 11, and 15 on Cluster Servers
