2k8r2 endpoint mapper error

I am running a 2k8 domain with 2 DC's and the pdc will not replicate out .
I ran a dcdiag and here are the results:

can you ping the BDCs? On that note, can you ping anything?

Yes all the servers on the domain are reachable
