Hi

I'm having a problem with a terminal server installation on server 2k3.

I have an MS Access 2003 database, thats actually an ADE file that I host on
the server. Since it's an ADE, its tables and queries are actually hosted on
a separate SQL server.

When I launch the database on the TS, it opens fine and everything is great.
However, if anyone else opens it while I have it open, they get a message
saying they have to open in read-only mode, that the file is locked for edit
or was purposely opened read-only.

Any idea how to fix this?

I can open 2 copies of the database on my laptop at the same time and it
works. I installed office and this database in 'install mode', if that makes
a difference.

Thanks in advance

Josh

I dont if this helps but I had the same issue but I was running citrix and
under the publish app here is the command I used to run the app

"C:\Program Files\MicrosoftOffice\Office\MSACCESS.EXE"
"C:\App\file\program.ade*"

and I have each user in there own working directory

X:\User\Usr01

X is coming from there AD profile.
