2K Server only sees VPN Clients

Windows 2K Server, S.P.4, running ISA, DNS, & DHCP

When I go to Network Neighborhood on this server, the only
clients on the network that I can see are the two VPN
clients we have. We have about 50 clients on our LAN at
one time, normally. This just started seemingly out of
nowhere. What's the cause and how do I fix it? Thanks !
