Depends on what you're looking for.

A Radeon 9000, 9100, and 9200 I would class as a entry-level card. The
9200 is nothing more than an AGP 8x version of the 9000.

The 9500, and 9600 as mid-range. The 9700 and 9800 as top-range.

The 9500 Pro, 9600 Po, 9600 XT are worthwile cards. The rest are either
too lacklustre in performance or too expensive. But that's just my
opinion.

Don't waste your $$$ on a 9200 if you plan to play any 3D games coming out
in 2004 at a reasonable speed. Even an Nvidia 128mb 5600 is faster and
doesn't cost much more. Try to get a 5600, 9600, or if you can still find
them, a 9500. They're all in the under $150 price range, but are much
faster than a 9200. I am assuming you don't want to spend more than that?
256mb won't make a difference if you won't have the speed to run games that
128mb cards can. You can probably find a 256mb 5600 for under $150 too.

Look here:

For the BEST value though, if you can afford it, get either a brand new
Nvidia 5700, or ATI 9600 XT, they'll last you alot longer.
