I would like the time stamp in Outlook email to display in the 24 hr format,
not a.m. and p.m. I'm using Office 2003 Pro and XP Pro, SP2. I use an add-on
for my basic pc clock (TClockEx) and have set that up for 24 hr time format.

My Outlook displays all times in 24 hour format; this is the way I have
set up Windows (Regional and Language Options).
