Came into a small amount of money and was looking to buy a new monitor . Been looking at the 22" Samsung its around £240 and saw this 24" for £299 and was tempted .
Is bigger better or are their any downsides to bigger . I know that most 22" use about 50 w and the 24" usearound 100 w so they use twice as much power . http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/343623...rce=2007081166

The 24" is better, but you really need the hardware to drive it to its full potential.

Yes, 24" is better than 22" - it's a no-brainer basically
 Samsung are good. I have a 20" widescreen Syncmaster 205BW, I'm happy with it, been thinking lately about getting a 24" but nah, LCD TV first, then save up the shekels again..... |
