I understand that the Beta version of Office 2010 Outlook is not yet
available for downloading. Is this correct or do I have incorrect

See the "Get the Office 2010 beta" link at mid-center and right-side? Or
click on the "Download" link in the toolbar. There's a link right there for
info on Office 2010 and a "Get the Beta" link. If you look at the icons
after the "What's included" on the download page, Outlook is listed as part
of Office 2010 beta package.
