The insert address function requires that your contacts are in Outlook and
that Outlook is your default e-mail application. Otherwise the only solution
is to export your addresses to a comma delimited text file which you can use
directly as a data source, or which you can convert to a table which is
easier to manage both for yourself and for Word.
