2007 save format

's Computer Specifications

when i save a document in 2007 format the document gtes a blank white icom
rather than the usual blue word icon, also it can only be opend from inside
office, if u click on the white icon on desktop u get this message: "this
action is only valid for products that currenly installed". Thanks
