2007 Problem

Hi,

When I read/move/delete E-Mail, sometimes the folders information does not
get updated i.e.: the number of unread files stick to the same number of
files until I close the whole program and most of the time I need to use the
task manager to terminate the program since even the exit option from within
the program does not terminate the process entirely.

How can I fix this ?

BTW. I'm running Office 2007 under Vista 64bit

Sounds like this behavior is being caused by an add-in you've got installed.
Does the same happen when you start Outlook in safe mode?
Start-> outlook.exe /safe

It's worst when I tried the safe mode, I then get nothing at all, and I have
to reboot the whole computer so that I could use it again
