2007 problem with an "appointment"

Hello,

After a crash with outlook 2007, I have every hour an outlook pop-up
window stating that I have an appointment (which was due 7 weeks ago!).
- I can't delete this appointment,
- I can't ask it to be repeated later (pop up "can't find the
appointment")and,
- on top of this, I tried to export the outlook data to create a new
..pst. I have then a message "system error of internal translation" (I
have a French release of outlook, so this is my translation).

Any idea on how to solve the problem?
