That's not an option on a picture in Outlook 2007. It will only show "Copy"
and then expects you to paste that within a separate picture editor tool but
when you use that, the original format of the picture is lost (it is copied
as bmp) so you'd be breaking gif-animation or the optimized compression or
the exact color palette that was used (depending on the original format).
Additional meta information is also lost.
