I have three personal computers and need Outlook installed, do I have to buy
three Outlooks or can one handle 3 download users ??? I have 2007 Home &
Student Office installed already.

You need to buy one copy of Outlook for EACH computer.

I have a strange feeling that your question was misunderstood. What do you
mean by "can one handle 3 download users"? If you need to have Outlook on
all three PC's, you need to buy 3 copies. On the other hand, if you're
content to have just one of your PC's handle all your mail, practically
anything is possible with one copy.
