2007 Outlook lost contacts, calendar and emails

We lost power, when we restarted teh computer Outlook 2007 had no contacts,
emails or calendar in it. Can I retrieve this information?

From backup?

See if you can find any pst-files on your computer. Then use File-> Open->
Outlook Data File... to connect it to Outlook and see what's in there.
