2007 much slower

In 2007 I have a particular email folder with some 6,500 items. In 2003
clicking on the folder displayed the contents immediately. In 2007 there is
a 20 second delay before the contents are displayed.

Can this be fixed?

Wowbagger,

You probably didn’t create a new Profile after installation. I believe that
the Microsoft developers dropped the ball here. The new installation should
have been seamless. You can get detailed instructions on how to create a new

The creation of a new profile did not help.
