2007 on-line help

I have been struggling to learn all of Office 2007 because I teach at a
college that switched this term. Sometimes I am so frustrated trying to find
things in the new version. One day, when I was particularly rushed, the help
screen for Word directed me to a site where the 2003 menu was above and the
2007 ribbon below. You clicked on the old version item and it showed you,
somewhat, where to find it in 2007. Stupidly, I did not bookmark it.

Do any of you know where to find it? Also, is there one for every app in
Office? if so, please direct me and I will bookmark them all instantly.
