2007 delegate meeting reminder

Hi, my boss wants me to personally remind him of meetings on his calendar
throughout the day. How can I set his calendar items to send meeting
reminders to both of us?

I believe you can't. However, what I've done in the past is to duplicate my
bosses calendar on mine by either:
1) adding myself to all meetings I create or
2) forward all invites to my calendar.
