Where is the pointer that allows you to select a whole load of controls or
shapes please. I dont want to click on each control individually to select.

I am finding 2007 rather frustrating...

Hi Judith ( nice name, same as my daughter )

On the Home tab choose Find & Select in the editing group

Or use F5, Special....Objects
