2007 CALENDAR PRINT FORMAT

When I try and print a calendar page on a daily basis, my calendar page is
split into 2 columns. The first calendar entry on the left; the second on
the right; the third on the left thoughout the entire day.

How can I change this to have each entry print on the left side the way it
did in 2003? Also, how do I alter the font size in the entries. I have
tried increasing the size of the font in both areas, however, the only areas
that change are the headers.

Any help would be appreciated - thanks in advance.

Did you look at the page setup options or the calendar printing assistant?
Links to the calendar printing assistant and other tools are at

okicamper, if your still not satisfied with the printing of the
Outlook calendar, you can export it as a fully editable calendar in
native MS Word or Excel format. You can do this with a app called
WinCalendar. For more info see:

This is very silly in my eyes. Outlook 2003 already had this feature and now
it has been changed. The print is considerably smaller and almost impossible
to read for someone who is sight challenged to begin with. As I use this
daily in my job, the new format has virtually rendered the program as useless
without having to add another program. I would definitely NOT recommend this
program in its new format.
